The swim course travels on a North East diagonal to start.
- From the start you will swim 130m and turn slight left at the lime green buoy
- You will then parallel to the canal border for 65m and turn left at the next lime green buoy
- You will then swim West for 100m and turn left at the next lime green buoy
- You then swim South along the canal for 85m to the final RIGHT turn towards swim exit
The swim start is on the south side of the canal on the concrete dock. Swim exit is just south of the grandstands.
Please make sure that you are NOT in your aero-bars going around the corners and that your hands on your brake levers.
A very spectator friendly and fun 2 lap course which now utilizes the fitness path to start and end the bike ride. The main section keeps you on Canal Bank Rd for the 2 laps. The course stays proximal to the WIFC, you will NOT have to cross any rail road tracks!
